One-on-one lessons for BJJ or any mix of Striking/BJJ/MMA.
One-on-one private training with a personalized plan to increase athletic performance. Plans are customized to meet individual goals like decreased body fat %, increased lean muscle mass, sport specific performance, etc. This is achieved by strength training (weight lifting) and aerobic training. Strength and conditioning can also help clients use proper body mechanics and prevent injury.
